Baypat Realty was started by two individuals who have a passion for helping people and businesses make profitable and smart Real Estate investments. Our services include buying/selling properties, investment consultation, STR and LTR investments, and property management.
We’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the top brokerages in the world like Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway, and Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. Early on in our Real Estate careers we quickly realized how much we loved seeing an “idea” come to life and that's why we wanted to open a full-service Real Estate firm. Bayram has a background in Engineering which is extremely valuable when it comes to Real Estate numbers and investment properties. He's always looking to get his clients' the best deals and is an expert negotiator. Bayram is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and has helped his clients successfully sell and buy multiple properties. His international background opens the door to an extensive buyer network. Business is all about people and Bayram is a true people person. Clients respect his honesty, persistence, and work ethic. When he’s not helping clients with their ventures, he’s working on his own tech. projects. In his free time he loves to travel, play soccer and he’s a big movie buff.

Patrycja is a Marketing professional and has helped many companies and clients increase their sales by employing the most current marketing technology and trends. Her love for Marketing brought her to the Real Estate industry. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Massachusetts. While in Real Estate, she quickly realized her passion was in developing projects. Patrycja has an eye for design and can quickly transform an old home or new development into something extraordinary. By keeping up with trends and understanding each market, Patrycja ensures her clients ROI is the top priority. In her free time, she loves to shop, think of new business ventures, and spend time at the beach.
